SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

As part of our service, we provide SMS notifications for appointment reminders, order updates,
and customer support.

- Program Description: This program sends confirmation and reminder messages to users who have explicitly opted in via our web forms or scheduling links.
- Opt-In: By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Cancellation: Text "STOP" to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text.

- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your interactions.
- Data Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Eichholtz Long Island provides mobile updates, product inquiries, and promotional text alerts to opted-in users. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of factors. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age Restriction (18+): By opting into receiving text messages from Eichholtz Long Island, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older.


General Use & Restrictions

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

- Using robots, spiders, or data mining tools to scrape Site content.
- Attempting unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
- Reproducing or exploiting any design, layout, or trademark for commercial use without our express written consent.


Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, text, and design—is the property of Eichholtz Long Island or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to view and print one copy of Site pages for personal use.


Online Commerce & Product Accuracy

- Product Representation: We strive for accuracy; however, technical specifications or display settings on your device may affect how colors and textures appear.
- Custom Items: Minor deviations in construction or design that do not essentially change the technical or aesthetic design of custom items do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or rejection of the goods.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors, even after a credit card has been charged. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


Shipping, Claims, & Refunds

- Shipping: All shipping dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- Claim Procedure: If goods are missing or defective, you must notify us at info@eichholtzlongisland.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. You must include detailed photos to support your claim.
- Resolution: At our sole discretion, we will either replace the defective item or refund the purchase price.
- Returns: We do not maintain a standard "unwanted item" return policy. Returns for defects are only accepted with prior written approval. All installation/re-installation costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.


Trade & Resale Program

Registered Trade/Resale partners are subject to our tiered Designer Loyalty Program terms. Please contact us for the full Trade Policy document, including minimum purchase requirements and resale certificate obligations.


Limitation Of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. EICHHOLTZ LONG ISLAND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DELAYED DELIVERIES.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal claims arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than through jury trials or class actions.
