REFUND POLICY

At Eichholtz Long Island, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and service. Below is our return policy for Buyer’s Remorse, Defective or Damaged Products, and Custom Orders:

1. Buyer’s Remorse Returns

If you decide to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to buyer’s remorse.

• Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

• Refund: Once the item is inspected and passed quality checks, a 75% refund of the purchase price will be issued.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping, handling, or white-glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
  
  

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or defective, follow these steps:

• Delivery Inspection:

• If damage is visible at the time of delivery, refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.

• Reporting Damage:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@eichholtzlongisland.com.

• Include detailed photos of the damage for documentation.

• Resolution:

• Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will ship a replacement product at no cost to you.

• Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be coordinated by our team.
  
  

3. Customized Products, Final Sales or Products Shipped from Europe

- Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized products and products shipped from Europe are non-returnable.

- Final Sales (Floor samples) cannot be returned or refunded

- These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after inspection, typically within 14  business days.
