Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Shipping Estimates: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by us is only an estimate.
Taxes and Duties: Your payment will include applicable sales taxes. For international orders, we are not responsible for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. International shipping, duty, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return/exchange.
Our Refund & Resolution Policy Summary:
At Eichholtz Long Island, our focus is on resolving issues through replacement or refund for goods that are incorrect or defective, as we do not maintain a standard return policy for unwanted items.
If you find that the goods delivered are not in accordance with your order or if goods are missing, please follow the steps below:
Claim Procedure
-Notification Window: The Buyer must notify Eichholtz Long Island immediately, and in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date.
-Documentation Required: Any complaint filed must be as detailed as possible and include a digital photo annexed to the email to fully support the claim.
Resolution & Logistics
If your complaint is deemed to have merit (according to our sole discretion), we will choose one of the following resolution options:
1. Replacement: Replace the defect or missing goods, or
2.Refund: Refund the Buyer the purchase price.
Important Logistics:
-Returning Defect Goods: Defect goods may only be returned to us after Eichholtz Long Island has provided prior written approval. The expense for such return will be borne by us, unless an alternative arrangement, including the Buyer bearing the expense, is agreed upon in writing.
-Installation Costs: All costs associated with mounting, dismounting, or re-installation related to replacement or return are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of the Website) with or without notice to you.
We may alter these Terms of Service from time to time, and your use of the Website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms of Service have been changed.
