Shipping Info: We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To initiate a cancellation, buyers should reach out to our Support Center at info@eichholtzlongisland.com. Our Support Center will process the cancellation request within 1-2 business days.

Processing: Your order will be processed within a timeframe of 2 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipment:

1. For US customers, the shipping time is 7-14 Days only Standard shipping.

2. For Other Countries customers, the shipping time is between 4-8 weeks for Standard Shipping. Shipping Rates may apply.

3. Backordered items are available for purchase as a Pre-Order. To confirm the next ship date or schedule local pick up, please Contact Us.

4. Made-to-Order: All custom order item has a 4-6 week production lead time, excluding shipping, which varies by region.

Your Eichholtz sales representative will reach out after your custom order request is placed.

Please note: that full payment is required upon placing the order. As the main item is made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Fulfillment Process -  To bring you the highest quality products and the best prices, we partner directly with trusted global manufacturers. This means that once you place your order, the manufacturer prepares and ships your item directly to you.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number, as soon as your order has left our partner's facility.

Please note:
Preparation for delivery in other countries except USA (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
